About Me

Vincent is passionate about making disciples for Jesus Christ.  As an ordained minister, he has served as Senior Pastor at both United Methodist and African Methodist Episcopal Zion Churches in North Carolina, New York and Kentucky.  Vincent currently serves as Pastor of the Centenary Church in Clemmons, NC

His passion for church leadership development led him to found Partners in Ministry Leadership to focus on helping church teams apply project management and strategic planning in order to strengthen leadership capacity at the local church level.  His most recent book, Managing Ministry Projects, will be published by Judson Press in May 2017.

A 1986 graduate of Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School, Vincent has also earned a Doctor of Ministry from the Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit, MI.  He also holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and is a graduate of the Executive Program at Rochester Institute of Technology.   As a bi-vocational minister, Vincent has led projects in international corporate setting and  within churches.  As an adjunct professor of management in the graduate school at Elmira College, Vincent teaches strategic management, business ethics, and  planning and project management.  Vincent also serves at the Site Coordinator for the School of Christian Leadership, Elmira satellite, Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School.
